Domestic Students’ Fees

Application Fee

An application fee of $100.00 (domestic students), must accompany each application form. This fee is non-refundable.

Enrolment Confirmation Fee

An enrolment confirmation fee of $850.00 is payable on acceptance and confirmation of student placement. This fee must be paid prior to the student commencing school. This fee is non-refundable and is used to provide resources for new students.

Annual Tuition Fees are listed below. Fees are reviewed each November and fees for the following year are posted on the school’s website.

Primary Tuition Fees

Wentworth Primary tuition fees for 2024 have been set at $4,150 per term, incl. GST, based on a four term year.

College Tuition Fees

Wentworth College tuition fees for 2024 have been set at $5,400 per term, incl. GST, based on a four term year.

A sibling discount is offered to families with two or more children attending Wentworth College or Primary; 5% for the 2nd child and 20% for the 3rd and subsequent children.

Payment of Domestic Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are invoiced in advance at the beginning of the academic year. Payment may be made as a lump sum at the start of the year, or on a term-by-term basis prior to the start of each school term, or by regular automatic payments throughout the year. Most Wentworth families prefer to pay monthly from February to November inclusive. However, both frequency and start/finish dates are flexible provided arrangements are made with the school office prior to the commencement of the school year.

Parents may be required to withdraw students whose fees are not current.

No refunds will be made except at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. 2 full term’s notice of withdrawal is required.

Goods & Services Tax (at 15%) is included in all fees.

Paying Online

When making payments on-line, please ensure that your child’s name appears in the ‘particulars’ or ‘code’ fields, and that you are using the correct account suffix. If you have more than one child at Wentworth, please ensure fees (and AP’s) are paid separately.

The account name is always “Wentworth College” but the suffix changes, depending on the charge.

Credit Card / EFTPOS

We have a credit card / EFTPOS machine in the Uniform Shop, and also for paying Tuition Fees. Please contact the office if you wish to make payment this way. You can pay in person, or over the phone. A 2.7% surcharge for credit card may apply.

We also take WeChat Pay or AliPay for payment of any of our charges.
