Domestic Students’ Fees
An application fee of $100.00 (domestic students), $150 (international students) must accompany each application form. This fee is non-refundable.
Enrolment Confirmation Fee
An enrolment confirmation fee of $850.00 is payable on acceptance and confirmation of student placement. This fee must be paid prior to the student commencing school. This fee is non-refundable and is used to provide resources for new students.
Annual Tuition Fees are listed below. Fees are reviewed each November and fees for the following year are posted on the school’s website.
Primary Tuition Fees
Wentworth Primary tuition fees for 2019 have been set at $3,350 per term, incl. GST, based on a four term year. ($13,400pa)
College Tuition Fees
Wentworth College tuition fees for 2019 have been set at $4,387.50 per term, incl. GST, based on a four term year. ($17,550pa)
A sibling discount is offered to families with two or more children attending Wentworth College or Primary; 5% for the 2nd child and 20% for the 3rd and subsequent children.
Payment of Domestic Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are invoiced in advance at the beginning of the academic year. Payment may be made either by 1 lump sum in February or by regular Automatic Payments throughout the year. While most families prefer to pay monthly from February to November inclusive, both frequency and start/finish dates are flexible provided arrangements are made with the school office prior to the commencement of the school year.
Parents may be required to withdraw students whose fees are not current.
No refunds will be made except at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. 2 full term’s notice of withdrawal is required.
Goods & Services Tax (at 15%) is included in all fees.

- Medical insurance: students can arrange their own cover in their home country or Wentworth College can arrange Unicare cover. (Refer to Unicare website, www.uni-care.org – approximately NZ$600 for 12 months, New Zealand Student Plan cover.)
- Extra curricular activities, e.g. sport, music.
Payment of International Tuition Fees
Immigration New Zealand require international students to pay almost all fees associated with their schooling (including insurance) prior to issuing the student with a visa. Sundry fees, such as uniform costs, textbooks and class trips etc, will be invoiced as they arrive.
